柠檬酸铁铵 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.在硫酸铁溶液中加入氨水,生成氢氧化铁沉淀;过滤、水洗至无硫酸反应,然后加入柠檬酸,并加热至60℃,使沉淀全部溶解;再用氨水中和,浓缩至糖浆状,并涂布于玻璃板上,经微温干燥后剥离得小片状成品。 Fe2(SO4)3+6NH3+6H2O→3(NH4)2SO4+2Fe(OH)3↓ 2C6H8O7+3NH4OH+Fe(OH)3→(C6H5O7)2Fe(NH4)3+6H2O 也可以硫酸亚铁为原料,将28g FeSO4·7H2O溶于4rnL水中,加入98%的浓硫酸3 rnL,再滴加5mL 36%的双氧水,升温至83℃,搅拌0.5h,用铁氰化钾检验显蓝色为反应终点;然后加入100mL蒸馏水,在80℃下搅拌加入40%的NaOH,使溶液呈碱性,将沉淀抽滤,用热水洗至无硫酸根为止。将制得的Fe(OH)3加入溶有14g柠檬酸的100mL水的溶液,在95℃下恒温搅拌1h;然后冷却至50℃,再加入适量的氨水,冷却至室温,静置澄清,上层清液蒸发浓缩至膏状,在60~80℃下烘干即得产品,收率91%。 2.在由硫酸亚铁和氨水制造的氢氧化铁中添加适量的柠檬酸溶液,将其浓缩所得的浆料涂敷于玻璃板干燥后,从玻璃板上剥离而制得。 3.将氢氧化铁溶于柠檬酸,用氨水中和,于60℃以下蒸发而得.

合成制备方法

1.在硫酸铁溶液中加入氨水,生成氢氧化铁沉淀;过滤、水洗至无硫酸反应,然后加入柠檬酸,并加热至60℃,使沉淀全部溶解;再用氨水中和,浓缩至糖浆状,并涂布于玻璃板上,经微温干燥后剥离得小片状成品。

也可以硫酸亚铁为原料,将28g FeSO4·7H2O溶于4rnL水中,加入98%的浓硫酸3 rnL,再滴加5mL 36%的双氧水,升温至83℃,搅拌0.5h,用铁氰化钾检验显蓝色为反应终点;然后加入100mL蒸馏水,在80℃下搅拌加入40%的NaOH,使溶液呈碱性,将沉淀抽滤,用热水洗至无硫酸根为止。将制得的Fe(OH)3加入溶有14g柠檬酸的100mL水的溶液,在95℃下恒温搅拌1h;然后冷却至50℃,再加入适量的氨水,冷却至室温,静置澄清,上层清液蒸发浓缩至膏状,在60~80℃下烘干即得产品,收率91%。

2.在由硫酸亚铁和氨水制造的氢氧化铁中添加适量的柠檬酸溶液,将其浓缩所得的浆料涂敷于玻璃板干燥后,从玻璃板上剥离而制得。

3.将氢氧化铁溶于柠檬酸,用氨水中和,于60℃以下蒸发而得.

用途简介

1.柠檬酸铁铵作为食品铁强化剂,吸收效果比无机铁好。我国规定可用于食盐和夹心糖,使用量为4000~8000mg/kg;在高铁谷物及其制品(每日限制这类食品50g)中为1200~1350mg/kg;在乳制品和婴幼儿食品中为400~800mg/kg;在谷类及其制品中为160~330mg/kg;在饮料中为70~140mg/kg。 2.本品可作为铁质强化剂、抗贫血用铁剂,亦可用作食盐的抗结块剂;还可作食品、饲料添加剂的抗结块剂。

用途
