赛丹 制备方法及用途

制备方法

硫丹由六氯环戊二烯与1,4-丁烯二醇加热反应,保温10h,冷却,过滤,洗涤制得硫丹醇,再将硫丹醇和溶剂加热到一定温度,滴加氯化亚砜,滴毕,维持反应1h,减压脱氯化氢,冷却、结晶过滤制得硫丹。

合成制备方法

用途简介

1.用于防治棉花、果树、大豆、蔬菜、茶及烟草等各种作物害虫 2.有机氯杀虫剂。具有触杀和胃毒作用,杀虫谱广,持效期长。气温高于20℃时,也可通过其蒸气起杀虫作用。可用于棉花、果树、蔬菜、烟草、马铃薯及苜蓿等作物,防治棉铃虫、红铃虫、棉卷叶蛾、金刚钻、金龟子、梨小食心虫、桃小食心虫、黏虫、蓟马和叶蝉等,用20%乳油300~500倍液喷雾。防治棉花和果树上的蚜虫、螨,则用20%乳油500~1000倍液喷雾。用20%乳油200倍液灌根可防治地老虎。近年来,硫丹用于防治抗性棉铃虫获得良好效果,尤其与氯氰菊酯混用,更是受人青睐。食用或饲料作物收获前3周停用。

1.茶色或白色晶体.无累积性毒性、用于旱地的有机氯杀虫剂。对高等动物毒性较高,对鱼高毒。对蜜蜂安全。具有胃毒和触杀作用,杀虫广谱,残效较长。症状与体征是其对神经系统的刺激作用所致,如头痛、眩晕、忧虑烦恼、情绪激动,也有呕吐、四肢软弱、双手震颤、失去时间和空间的定向,随后出现阵发痉挛。

2.[1]无特殊解毒剂,如经口摄入要催吐 [2]尽可能保持病人安静,控制病人激动。清醒时,可给予常用剂量的巴比妥与其它镇静剂 [3]注意维持呼吸,如有衰竭使用人工呼吸 [4]禁忌用肾上腺素或阿托品。
