磷烷 制备方法及用途

合成制备方法

1.在一个3L的四颈烧瓶上分别安装氢气导入管,滴液漏斗,回流冷凝器和温度计。冷凝器上方依次联接着一个用冰冷却的冷阱,装填固体KOH的干燥管,四个气体捕集器冷阱及一个气体分馏的冷阱,每个冷阱的分馏情况用压力计来调节。所用的氢经过冷却至-180℃,填充活性炭的冷阱后,再通过载铂石棉脱氧。在烧瓶中装入三分之一的白磷,接着滴入KOH稀溶液,用氢气将系统中的空气驱净后,加热到60℃。生成的气体和水蒸气与快速氢气流一起经回流冷凝管,干燥管后可将绝大部分水分除去。剩余的水分在后面的冷阱中分离掉。冷阱的温度分别是:-90℃(1),-100℃(2),-180℃(3、4)。故P2H4主要凝集在1,2中,PH3冷凝在3,4中。将PH3再从3,4中再分馏出来,取最低沸点馏分。实验结束后,烧瓶中的物质必须在氢气流中冷却,并用氢气流将整个系统中的PH3驱净后才可拆卸开来。用水将烧瓶中的磷洗到完全不含碱。

2.将粒状的碘化与玻璃小片放入三颈圆底烧瓶中混合,从滴液漏斗中将氢氧化钾溶液滴入。即可排出非常纯的PH3。如果碱加得很慢或不加时,有混进P2H4的可能。

用途

1. 用于半导体器件和集成电路生产的外延、离子注入和掺杂。还用于有机合成。

2.用于缩合催化剂,聚合引发剂及制备磷的有机化合物等。[23]
