偏硼酸钠四水合物 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.碳碱法在碳碱法加工硼镁矿的溶液中加入适量的烧碱或纯碱,经蒸发,冷却结晶、离心分离、干燥,制得偏硼酸钠成品。2.加压碱解法(烧碱法)将预处理的硼镁矿粉和烧碱溶液先在配料罐内配成料浆,然后送入碱解器中,在压力035~055 MPa、温度150~165 ℃下碱解8~10 h。碱解料浆经过滤除去矿渣。滤液经蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离、干燥,制得偏硼酸钠成品。其反应式如下:3.将50g完全除尽碳酸盐的50%的氢氧化钠水溶液与硼酸69.6g装入磨口烧瓶中,用85mL水稀释。放置,等结晶析出之后,将浆液过滤,结晶置砂芯漏斗上,用少量冷水洗涤,在素瓷板上干燥,即可得到四水合物。4.将完全除去碳酸盐的50%的氢氧化钠、十水合四硼酸钠Na2B4O7·10H2O与水按质量比42∶21∶8进行混合。将混合物在水浴上加热溶解,然后缓缓冷却。在54℃以上时,可析出二水合物。再者,如果趁热在玻璃过滤器上吸滤所生成的针状结晶,并尽可能使之充分干燥,就可得到四水合物(不得用水洗涤)。先在素瓷板上干燥,再在装有氢氧化钠的真空干燥器中干燥,即可得到二水合物。
