硫酸铝铵 制备方法及用途

制备方法

发酵粉加工、油炸食品、海蜇淹渍、粉条加工、果蔬保鲜保脆、护色、净水环保、消毒、橡胶加工、制革、洗衣粉加工、饲料加工、铅笔制作。

合成制备方法

1.在硫酸铝浓溶液中加硫酸铵溶液,加热溶解,过滤、浓缩、冷却晶析后分离而得。

2.间接法 用硫酸分解铝土矿。
将铝土矿加入分解槽中加硫酸分解,经静置,沉降,吸取清液精制后得纯度较高的硫酸铝溶液。将其密度调至(19℃)1.230~1.306。Al2(SO4)3含量20%~26%后送入反应槽内,在加热下搅拌,以Al2(SO4)3︰(NH4)2SO4=1︰0.42的摩尔比加入硫酸铵。在100℃下搅拌至硫酸铵全部溶解。然后,冷却,结晶,过滤,洗涤结晶,干燥得成品。

3.将铵明矾粉末放在铝板上,在炉中加热至200℃以除去结晶水而成。

4.直接合成法
将工业硫酸铵和硫酸铝溶解于100℃的水中,经过滤、冷却、结晶、分离、干燥即得产品。

5.将十二水硫酸铝铵NH4Al(SO4)2·12H2O加热逐步升温使其脱水,最后升温至200℃,并在此温度下保持一段时间,使其完全脱水成为无水盐。

6.矾土硫酸法 铝矾土与硫酸反应生成硫酸铝,用骨胶沉降后加入硫酸铵,再经浓缩、冷却结晶、分离洗涤,制备成品。反应式如下:

7.氢氧化铝法 氢氧化铝与硫酸反应后,加入硫酸铵,经浓缩、冷却结晶、离心脱水、干燥而得。反应式如下:

用途简介

用途

1.用作净水凝聚剂、印染媒染剂、制革铝鞣剂、纸张上浆剂、黄色玻璃着色剂、医药收敛剂及食品膨松剂等

2.作净水剂和膨松剂,可代替钾明矾。我国规定可用于油炸食品、虾片、豆制品、发酵粉、威夫饼干、膨化食品和水产品,按生产需要适量使用,铝的残留量≤l00mg/kg。

3.膨松剂;净水剂;护色剂(腌菜等)。在日本不得用于于豆酱。
因不含结晶水,能将混合型膨松剂中其他原料中的水分吸收而成为结晶水,以保持膨松剂质量。在水中的溶解速度和与碳酸氢钠的反应均甚缓慢,故可保持较长时间的产气效果。

4.缓冲剂;中和剂;膨松剂;水质净化剂;腌菜及煮、炖食品的护色剂。
参考用量:腌茄子0.01%~0.1%(以Al计),铵明矾中的铝和铁盐遇茄子的蓝色色素形成络盐而不褪色。
亦用于煮熟的红章鱼护色。甘薯泥加栗子的甜食、牛蒡丝加酱油加糖等用油炒的食品,在煮熬前在牛蒡丝或栗子中加入0.01%铵矾。系利用铵矾的收敛作用,改善咀嚼感。面包、糕饼类的膨松剂原料(酸性剂),添加量为小麦粉的0.15%~0.5%。

5.用于原水和地下水的净化,以及工业用水处理。制革工业用作铝鞣剂和皮张的后处理剂。染料工业用作防染剂。造纸工业用作纸张施胶的上浆剂。玻璃工业用作黄色玻璃的着色剂。医药上用作收敛剂等。印染业用作媒染剂。另外,还用于颜料、电镀、淀粉等工业部门。食品级产品用作缓冲剂、蓬松剂等。

1.因硫酸铝铵易腐蚀,所以不宜久存。潮包应分开堆垛,随时处理,防止淌水流失,产品不得与有毒或其他污染物品共贮混运。运输过程中要防止雨淋和日晒。
